Terms Of Service - Palavem

Absolutely no transaction can be made without notifying me. 

GENERAL RULES
- All of my prices are in USD (US Dollars) and transactions are made through Paypal.com!
- I do not give refunds under any circumstances apart from if your Palavem is being revoked!
- You can resell BUT not for more than you bought it for, please let me know though so I know the new owner!
- Trading and gifting is fine also but please let me know though so I know the new owner too!
- You cannot change the design!
- The design MUST be approved before you upload if it's a MYO, only when slots are open!
- You can add accessories and clothes.
- You're allowed to change their sex and choose their blood colour after purchasing!
- Species credit is very appreciated in everything you submit that includes the design.

ADOPTION RULES
- Hiding or editing bids in my auctions will result in blacklisting and you will never be allowed to buy from me again.
- Don't hide any of your comments in the bidding threads, please let me do it for you, you won't be blacklisted this way!
- MYO Palavem cannot be sold, only traded. Please notify me if anybody is selling their MYO Palavem.
- MYO Palavem MUST be approved before they are uploaded.
- A claimed design or custom slot must be paid for within 42 hours or it will be resold (may vary depending on circumstances).
- You may only use your adoptable for personal use. You cannot use your design for commercial purposes.
- Co-Owning is not allowed unless the design was brought on the intent of co-owning.

Palavem are an original species created by igleu
They're a closed species, which means you CANNOT make your own!

Palavem are very brisk creatures. For many years, they've lived on a planet named Konjondo; a planet with a weak ozone layer that exposes them to more radioactivity which results in mutation on certain parts of their body but this doesn't affect the species, as they oddly get stronger when mutated.
Palavem also have leaders and one is named Noah, yet to still find more leaders of the species.

Make sure your Palavem is listed!
Just comment on the journal, if the Palavem is from a trade, that must be stated in your comment.

If you choose to go against these rules, you will be dealt with accordingly, this includes withdrawal and or banning from the group/species.
